    present. Indicator lamps illuminate appropriately but graticule
    illumination is inoperative. It appears to be in complete, original
    “untampered with” condition except the test contact acrylic cover
    is missing. The controls and switches function but will need to be
    cleaned and lubricated with proper chemicals. Basic testing is not
    possible due to this. No accessories, test leads or manuals are
    included. This item is being offered “as is, final sale”. In person
