There was no documentation with the grating other than what was written on the protective capsule..Ruled area � 28mm square..

Coating � appears to be gold with protective coatCondition of the grating is unknown. There does seem to be some some mottling in the protective coating, and a at certain angles a slight Moire target pattern is visible (possibly from heat). Capsule notes stage 6 micron master, copper, from folded laser. 3M. Dated 20 November 1975.
